For years, Charles Tinnin has worked to place Gold Star and Purple Heart designated parking signs at various locations in Clarksville, Dickson, Erin and Dover. Four parking spots are located at Neal-Tarpley Parchman funeral home in Clarksville for use by the families of U.S. Armed Forces members that lost their lives in service.
