Presley Lamm, pastor of First Baptist Church in Fredonia, is one of those 19 members in Post Legion 103, and is a close friend of Fowler. He notes that anyone who lives in the area, or even visits the area, has been impacted by the Legion’s efforts whether it’s immediately realized or not. Saturday’s visit with Fowler, Keel and other local veterans won’t just be the passing of stories from one generation to another.
