Chief of naval operation, see what's going toen with our warships, unfortunately. he could visit soldiers and marines so, much he could have done to have an easy week build ong a reasonably successful speech. he's now going to be associated with what happens in afghanistan anyway so there's no doesn'tside to sort of showing he's taking it seriously. instead he gives one soeber, serious speech, well written, based on some fairly serious thought by members of his administration, and now he's off at a rally. even in the best case it looks like he's campaigning again and appealing to his own base....
