Supertech Limited stated that the Twin Towers, which were demolished on August 28, belonged to the company and will be used for another residential project after getting the due approval from Noida Authority.
TE Capital Partners has obtained Building Plan approval for a freehold Grade A commercial development at 148 Cecil Street in Singapore.
These twin towers were located at the ‘Supertech Emerald Court’ housing society Sector 93A in Noida. For the demolition, around 3,700 kg of explosives - a mix of dynamite, emulsions and plastic explosives - was used.
With the demolition done, the next challenge for Noida authorities is to clean the mountain of debris generated due to the demolition.
