In a report on Wednesday, Col. Rommel J. Ochave, acting Bulacan police provincial director, said 19 of them were drug suspects nabbed in separate drug stings by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of the municipal/city police stations of Balagtas, Bulakan, Bustos, Malolos, Obando, Pandi, Paombong, Sta.
