Covid: Buses in England to return to pre-pandemic levels as lockdown eases, says industry group Published Bus services in England should return to pre-pandemic levels by Monday, according to industry body CPT. CPT, which represents the bus and coach sector, said passenger levels were at about 40% just before Easter.
