“We find real estate to be very attractive. We are playing it through real estate, cement, building material companies stocks. We are trying to identify companies which have got the right balance of growth and valuation. Because of the kind of run-up that we have seen over the last four, five months, a lot of the stocks, have become very expensive in terms of valuations. We are trying to strike a balance between growth and valuation.”
