Struck. explain what happened. you could hear the wind. you knew there was some destruction. and then you got a phone call. right? yes. it kind of went really dark. you heard this loud noise. i was in a concourse and the tornado actually hit c concourse. within about 15 minutes i got a phone call telling me that the tornado had hit my house. so i left to come home and i had to hike in because power lines were all down. i came across the top of that hill and i looked to see my house and all i saw was a space. and there it is. that s my house. there s also a lot of damage at the airport. but officials say they hope to handle about 90% of flights today. well, this is right out of the movie the shawshank redemption. but on a larger scale. lot more terrifying. more than 450 prisoners make a brazen jail break out of a prison in afghanistan. ....
It. today we should be back at a 90% operation. we re pretty comfortable. we had to totally close the c concourse and relocate those air carriers. that s what we re working through today with american and cape air, operations were totally devastated. so they re up and running today. and tomorrow. they should be at 100% capacity. the rest of the terminal up to 100% today. we re looking at pictures of the tsa agents running for their lives through these hallways. looked like they made it there by fractions of a second. you can see the trademark signs of a tornado where the glass breaks and things are sucked out. moving so quickly. it s a miracle, really, that no one was hurt here. can you tell me why everyone managed to get out. i mean it s amazing. do you know why that happened and just happened to hit in the right spot where people were protected or it was the way the building was built or what? well, i think there s a couple things. it is a historic building and it s built ver ....
