A Cache County man faces 22 criminal charges after police reported finding more than 20 guns, methamphetamine and remnants of a drug lab in his home.
Court documents revealed Kelly Naegle, 57, of Cache County, was "knowingly or intentionally" in possession of laboratory equipment and supplies, plus methamphetamine and several weapons.
At a hearing on criminal record expungements, one Utah lawmaker said having a criminal record impacts people’s ability to find housing and employment, and the process of expungement in Utah can take years. “We literally go through every police report on expungement and highlight and take out one name that’s involved in that order,” Jensen said.
