o donnell: there s new fallout tonight following a group photo that appeared to involve a nazi salute. it shows a training class for west virginia corrections officers with arms raised. two instructors and a cadet have been fired. 34 others, including everyone in the picture, are suspended without pay. shoppers this holiday season had a scare when online giant amazon was taking longer than usual with deliveries. the company blamed a week of bad weather and high volume for the delays. and complaints flooded amazon s social media accounts. but late today, the company said everything is back on schedule. and reached for comment, santa said he expects an on-time delivery. up next, on the bus with steve hartman. now boarding, call it the secret santa express. ....

Groups complained to elaine chao and the f.a.a. administrator about the seat testing. he worries the airlines will use the f.a.a. findings to further reduce space and add more seats to increase their bottom lines. already, airline seat width is down as much as four inches over the last 30 years to as little as 16 inches wide at a time when americans are growing bigger. the space between rows has shrunk from about 35 inches to 31 and in some cases, as little as 28. consumers should not think for a minute that these tests are being done in a way that would accurately represent what could happen in an emergency evacuation. reporter: the f.a.a. should wrap up its testing by the end of the year with a final report coming next summer. from there, it goes to an advisory committee that will make recommendations about possible regulations. so don t expect any new rules for at least a couple of years. norah. o donnell: just tighter seats. got it, kris. thank you. coming up, look at him go. ....
