After reading all these and other comments and class action taken against cadillac, can anyone tell me if actual cadillac reps have ever acknowledged that there is a problem, or are they all a bunch of illiterate mutes that have to be told where to find the engine. My journey started with the purchase of a 2013 ATS in 2013, and there has never been a time when I could say that I was satisfied with the service. I am typing this in Saskatoon,Canada.
