Tuesday, March 30, 2021 Caesar Lopez A Green Forest man is out on bail after leading deputies on a high-speed chase through eastern Carroll County on March 21, one which turned into a foot chase through a Berryville neighborhood. Caesar Augusto Lopez, 20, is facing a felony charge of fleeing in a vehicle in addition to a host of misdemeanor offenses, including fleeing on foot, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, purchase or possession by minor, driving left of center and failure to use a turn signal.
