Erika Fairweather has put the swimming world on notice clocking the fourth fastest time in the world this year in the 200m freestyle at the national champs.
This was a huge best time for Gray who swam a new best of 49.77 just a few weeks ago before barreling towards a 48.29 today.
Day one of the 2023 NZ Swimming Championships in Auckland saw records fall and swimmers lock in qualification for the World Championships in July this year.
