Olivia Kinder CHARLESTON — A winner has been named in the second West Virginia University at Parkersburg’s Got Talent contest where the finale showcased a variety of talents including singing, playing, comedy, the spoken word and art. Olivia Kinder, a student in the Associate of Applied Science Child Development program, was named the 2021 WVU-P’s Got Talent winner.
