Casar camp to honor its original namesake A summer camp in Casar is inviting the community onto its grounds this spring to honor the family that made the camp possible. Camp Tekoa Foothills, previously known as Camp Loy White, is hosting a memorial Loy White Weekend beginning 2 p.m. Saturday, May 15.
