Kitchener, Ont., cannabis retailer launches campaign over what he calls 'illegal kickbacks'
Owen Allerton, owner and CEO of Highland Cannabis in Kitchener, Ont., has started the Cancel Kickbacks campaign. He alleges some retailers are selling their sales data to cannabis producers for thousands of dollars more than its worth in exchange for specific shelf space in their stores.
