You build your own. Or at least that's what Colorado-based woodworker and inventor Andy Klein did. Klein's Twin Turbo Vise features metal gears that can operate at two different speeds. Speeds are switched by pushing the vise's handle in and pulling out. The vise can also be placed in neutral, which allows you to move the handle when it's in the way - while maintaining clamping force. The vise operates quickly, thanks to its gears. Coon Rapids Police Chief, Andy Klein, says a 14-year-old female was involved in the theft of one of their police vehicles Sunday that resulted in a multi-county high-speed chase. Klein says Officer Paul Whitenack was assisting a juvenile female who had walked a way from a relative’s home.
