Winbak Farm has regretfully announced the passing of Island Fantasy. Island Fantasy (p, 2, 1:52; 3, 1:50.1 [$1,371,525]) passed away at the age of 25 on May 28th. He succumbed to complications from colic. Yonkers Raceway is pleased to announce that the four major Grand Circuit stakes scheduled for Friday, July 2 will all see substantial purse increases over the originally advertised amounts. The MGM Yonkers Trot and MGM Grand Messenger Pace will see a purse boost from $300,000 to $500,000.
