Were about six ceos. we were making progress. i think the biggest issue, michael, is the pipeline, a lot of women enter management positions by the time they get to the second or third level of the country, they drop out because that's their prime family-building years. and companies and workplaces do not have the support structure to enable young families to balance work and family. so the stresses of doing both are just too much. and they drop out of the workforce. which is a big loss to the economy because great talent cannot bubble up to the top. >> i mean, one of the keys to your success,...
