Downtown Alliance festival to boost area, artists Review Staff Report Two Alliance-area groups have joined together to present the Historic Main Street Festival this summer in the city’s downtown. Also scheduled is a car show sponsored by Pocket Change Antique Mall, located at 426 E. Main St. Pocket Change owner Ed Albert and GhostRighterz owner Chrystal Robinson-Shofroth are actively involved in a push to redevelop the Main Street area of Alliance, so it’s no surprise to see them helping to lead this effort.
