Menurut Reuters, pemerintah mengumumkan pada Sabtu (17/7) jika mereka akan memberlakukan pembatasan perjalanan dua minggu di 16 provinsi selatan mulai Senin (19/7). "Pembatasan itu untuk melindungi kesehatan masyarakat," kata pemerintah dalam sebuah pernyataan.
