Early start to healthy eating Picture: Yanni CHILDREN at Capel Sounds educational child care centre and kinder are getting a head start to live a healthy life. The 150 children are learning the benefits of healthy eating and oral health, physical activity, mental health and wellbeing, sun protection, safe environments and the evils of tobacco, alcohol and other drugs.
