Nestle India stock split: All shareholders of Nestle India with their names in the list at the end of record date, i.e. today, will be eligible to receive split shares.
Cochin Shipyard said its board has approved the sub-division or stock split of existing one share of face value of Rs 10 each fully paid up into two equity shares.
The company further said the rationale of the split is to increase the floating number of shares in the hands of public shareholders, increase the liquidity of shares, and encourage the participation of small investors by making the price more affordable.
