I am excited to share that Blind Pony: As True A Story As I Can Tell was just announced as the WINNER of the New York Book Festival in the Wild Card Category!! When I wrote this memoir, I never expected to publish it let alone win awards. I wrote it as a catharsis, but it has become much more. It's enabled me to free myself of a lot of bad energy I carried around with me, and it has encouraged me pursue a goal I've had since I was a kidâto be a writer. I can't wait to share my next book. A novel, with the working title, The Capricious Life of Charlie Lane.
