Bengaluru: Dental clinic to pay Rs 2 lakh compensation to patient after damaging 10 teeth

A man sues a dental clinic and its dentists after suffering teeth damage during a dental procedure. The city consumer court orders the dentists to pay Rs 2 lakh in compensation and the clinic to refund Rs 50,000. The patient approached Sabka Dentist clinic in 2016 and paid Rs 34,000 for a yearlong procedure. The procedure lasted for more than two years and the patient had to pay an additional Rs 50,000.
