18-year-old charged in two carjackings of food delivery drivers in Northeast Philadelphia
John Nusslein, 18, has been charged for his alleged role in two carjackings in December 2021 in Northeast Philadelphia, one of which resulted in the death of 70-year-old Chung Yan Chin. Nusslein and a group of others allegedly ordered food to lure two delivery drivers to their location, where they allegedly attacked them and stole their vehicles. Nusslein is charged with carjacking resulting in death and other related offenses.
