Lorraine Graham and Peter Grundmanis have stepped forward as candidates. Since late 2016, the riding has been represented by Don Hutton, who is the sole Liberal MLA not seeking re-election. In a backgrounder released this morning, the Yukon Party described the two rivals. Lorraine Graham has lived in Carmacks for 20 years, and has served the community in a variety of capacities.
