A BRAND-NEW coffee roasting plant is soon to be established in Renton, bringing the delights of coffee brewing to the community. Pure Roasters is fronted by Robert Sanchez, ex-founder and manager of now defunct Dumbarton Big Sparra Music Café, and friend and business partner, Don Cunningham. The new site will be found at Carman Stables, which is currently occupied by Jackie and the Beanstalk organic farm, meaning locals can pick up fresh coffee alongside salad boxes and fresh fruits and vegetables.
