East Liverpool — City police answered two catalytic converter complaints in the past few days. At 10:38 a.m. March 2, a female subject reported that she observed a tall, skinny white male with a large tattoo on his left hand parked near her Jeep several hours before. He was going through a tool box in the bed of a dark colored S-10 and now her catalytic converter is missing. Another woman in the 1800 block of Harvey Avenue reported at 4:33 p.m. Saturday that someone over the past three days stole her catalytic converter off her Chevrolet sedan while it was parked in a private lot.
