Fine Gael Councillor for Carrickmacross-Castleblaney Municipal District on Monaghan County Council, Mary Kerr-Conlon has announced her retirement from public life. Cllr. Mary Kerr-Conlon will step down at the conclusion of today’s (Monday) monthly meeting of Monaghan County Council after 25 years of public service.
