City Of Carroll Will Move Forward With Annexation Applications
Whether or not Ferrellgas agrees to the annexation, Pogge-Weaver told council members it is still considered a voluntary annexation process by the State of Iowa. Staff members had been unable to connect with anyone from Ferrellgas up until Monday morning. They did return a call that morning and Pogge-Weaver says he provided them with the details, but they made no comment in regard to what was provided. Council member, Clay Haley, says he would like to see the site included to avoid creating that island. LaVern Dirkx says he would prefer to have some reaction from Ferrellgas before proceeding....
