The Legacy Group, a local development company, is selling nearly 20 acres to Costco at the northwest corner of Queen Creek and Ellsworth roads, according to Carson Brown, president of The Legacy Group. The sale just went into escrow, he said.  Brown said he hopes Costco can break ground next spring and open in September 2022, although an access road would need to be built, he said.
