In 2014 the abortion rate for new york was 29.6% compared to 14.6% across the country. where do you see this going as the state puts this law in effect? >> where i see it going is other states following suit like vermont has been doing, is talking about doing. other states i think they are getting ready in case roe is overturned. the fact is, you know, i'm sure there is legislation that people have already written and ready to do the same thing in other states if it isn't overturned. katie: thank you so much. we will say we did reach out to the governor's office. governor cuomo for a response ...
