During his 4 p.m. update on Thursday, Dec. 17, Gov. Beshear reported 3,349 new cases of COVID-19. This bring’s Kentucky’s total cases to 234,021, with 190,277 of those cases being lab confirmed and 43,744 are probable. Fifty-four new deaths were reported Thursday.
