This water and all of the damage debris that came rushing through here and we have seen search and rescue teams combing up and down through this area looking for those 12 people that are missing. they've been doing that all along this stretch of the blanco river, and here, you can see the collection where a lot of this debris was forced out of the banks of the river, up on to the sides of the river banks here. far from where the river is supposed to be running. a very dangerous situation and a scary situation for the thousands of people who were caught in the middle of the night in this flash ...
