For Cat Lee-Hannley, it all started with a craving for noodles.
“When I was a kid, I used to spend summers at my grandparent’s house back in Indonesia,” says Lee-Hannley, owner of Nai Nai Mie, a small company based in St. Albert that has been delivering frozen noodle kits for almost a year now. “Their noodle shop was on the first floor of the house, and my grandfather would make the noodles themselves on the third floor.
