Beat up on stage, on camera. that's what i do. i don't know if an actor understands how to use a weapon. i have it set up to discharge rounds and i don't want someone playing with the weapon. if they ask, i absolutely will show it to them, and before we shoot anything, i always hold the weapon up. if it's clear, i rack the slide back and i show the set. if we're going to discharge rounds, i say -- and my voice carries as a former police officer, i say, discharging two rounds, and people will know exactly how many rounds we're going to shoot on that set. so no. i don't trust an actor to be able...
