Cedar Close, Metford A woman has been charged after allegedly spitting on police during an domestic violence related arrest in the Hunter yesterday. Officers were called to a home on Cedar Close at Metford around 5.10pm, following reports of domestic violence. Inside the home, they spoke with the couple before attempting to arrest the 48-year-old woman. Police say she became aggressive and spat on both officers, before kicking and threatening them as they placed her into the police car.
