Paperfest Set to Return in July

Paperfest’s Combined Locks centennial event was canceled last year due to the pandemic but a drive-through concert series was held in its place. Organizers say the Centennial Plus One event will be held July 15-18, 2021 at Memorial Park in Combined Locks.
