Iconic pan arranger dies
Rhondor Dowlat-Rostant The steelpan community was plunged into mourning yesterday over the passing of one of its iconic arrangers, Milton “Wire” Austin. Austin, arranger and leader of San Fernando’s NLCB Fonclaire Steel Orchestra, died yesterday morning.
