民進黨立委林楚茵今（29）日於立法院財政委員會質詢財政部長蘇建榮時指出，台北市多家國際飯店面臨住房率雪崩、又將面臨動輒上千萬地價稅之困境。然而土地稅屬地方稅，若要免徵或減徵需修法緩不濟急，林楚茵對此提出臨時提案，要求財政部應在兩週內研擬辦法，給予地方政府明確指引、減輕業者壓力。
