DPS Agents Investigating Drug Activity Nab Two in Angelina County
Friday morning (5/21), Special Agents with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) along with Troopers from the Texas Highway Patrol served a search warrant in Angelina County at a residence on FM 706. The search warrant came as a result of a lengthy criminal investigation into alleged drug distribution in the area.

A media release reported that Department of Public Safety Special Agents arrested Deshay Lynn Melton, 19, and Dillon Cody Martinez, 25. Both list their residences in the Lufkin area. Melton and Martinez were transported to the Angelina County Jail later on Friday.
