New census data shows downtown areas in Regina and Saskatoon haven't grown much over the last few years.

A business aiming to help the environment through eco-friendly housewares and personal care items is expanding its footprint in the Lehigh Valley.

Wheeler Health announced Wednesday it is moving forward with plans to purchase a piece of property in Bristol’s Centre Square area and will build an approximately 35,000-square-foot community health center and corporate headquarters there. In a statement, the Plainville-based health services provider said it will buy a 1.3-acre lot between North Main and Hope streets, in a stretch of downtown targeted by municipal officials for revitalization. Bristol’s city council voted last week to approve the sale of the plot to Wheeler for $600,000.

With this heightened interest, it is time to put up different scenes that a scriptwriter in Hollywood could use to present Goodridge’s life.

Easton’s Centre Square is getting an extensive makeover, with the downtown also seeing traffic changes in and around the area known as the “Circle,” according to city Public Works Director David Hopkins, under separate city and state projects.
