Oak Harbor chamber plans Easter Egg Hunt OAK HARBOR - The Oak Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt at 2 p.m. March 27. The event will begin in Adolphus Kraemer Park at the Log Cabin with an Easter Egg Hunt, followed by a candy hunt downtown. Attendees must follow the guidelines for masks and social distancing. The Beacon The Terra State Community College Board of Trustees announced that Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed Nicholas H. Gerber of Port Clinton and Mircea Handru of Tiffin to serve on the board of trustees, and Timothy Myers of Fremont for another term. “I am excited to join the team and serve Terra State and the local communities. Terra State is such an awesome resource to our community, and I look forward to sharing the message and helping expand the opportunities,” said Gerber, vice president of business development for The Ashley Group of Sandusky. Handru is the executive director for the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Seneca, Sandusky and Wyandot Counties. Myers is general manager of Century Die Company in Fremont. ....
