IS IT A BIRD? Is it a plane? No, it’s just 120 festive runners enjoying the North Berwick Santa Run on the Sunday before Christmas. The runners donned their festive outfits, from Santa to reindeer and a Christmas tree, and took part in the charity event on the beach. Clear skies on the day made for excellent running conditions. People of all ages took part in one of three events: two-kilometre, five-kilometre and 10-kilometre races. Santa and Mrs Claus were on hand to start each race, with run times staggered across four half-hour intervals to allow social distancing to be maintained.
