LEWISTOWN Barbara A. Stringer, Mifflin County Register, Recorder & Clerk of the Orphans’ Court’s has announced she is seeking re-election.
Stringer says her “dedication and proven experience is represented each day with the stability and accuracy present in her three offices.”
She has more than 20 years of experience as the Mifflin County Register, Recorder and Clerk of the Orphans’ Court. Prior to working at the Mifflin County Courthouse, she had worked at Kish Bank’s main office in Belleville, as head teller.
Stringer’s office has underwent numerous excellent audits by the Mifflin County Elected Auditors, PA Auditor General’s office and single auditors who assess the safeguarding of the records in the three offices she oversees. ....
