Judge orders more review of public services in Eastport Shopping Center redevelopment

A circuit judge has ordered the Annapolis Board of Appeals to once again review a proposed Eastport redevelopment project to make sure it will provide public services like stormwater management, traffic control and police protection to both the project and the existing community.
