A Cuyahoga County grand jury has returned an indictment charging two fisherman who were caught cheating during a fishing tournament.
Two men were set to win a $28,760 prize before they were discovered.
The men face up to 12 months in prison and up to $2,500 in fines for the felonies and 30 days in jail and a $250 fine for the misdemeanor.
Two fishermen were indicted Wednesday for cheating in a fishing tournament Sept. 30 on Lake Erie.
They've been incited on both felony and misdemeanor charges.
