Potential Ban of Most Uses of Perchloroethylene by EPA
Environmental Protection Agency proposed to ban most uses of perchloroethylene. The proposed rule states that pursuant to Section 6b of TSCA EPA determined that PCE presents an unreasonable risk of injury to health, without consideration of costs or other nonrisk factors.
