ANISH CHAND 1 April, 2021, 11:30 pm THE iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) has been ordered to pay $92,400.70 to Honeymoon Island (Fiji) Ltd in court costs. Last year the High Court in Lautoka judge Justice Alan Grahame Stuart found TLTB was in breach of its obligations to Honeymoon Island (Fiji) Ltd when it agreed to lease Mociu Island to another company, Follies International Ltd. The court found that lease document entered into between TLTB and Honeymoon Island (Fiji) Ltd on May 9, 2003, was at the time executed in a valid and enforceable agreement.
